Ace Rental Cars offers a pick-up and drop-off service to our branches for customers who are collecting or returning there car rental, Our shuttle operates to airport domestic & airport international terminals.

Booking your shuttle collection at the airport is now easier than ever with Ace Shuttle Collection App!
Once you’ve collected your luggage at the airport, you can book your pickup via the app using your mobile device. You’ll then get directions to the closest collection points and be able to track your collection and journey.

Auckland Airport
CUSTOMERS ARRIVING AT AIRPORT Call 0800 502 277 to arrange a pickup after collecting your luggage. Our yellow Ace Rental Cars shuttle driver will confirm the collection point
Vehicle Collection at Auckland Domestic Airport
- Once you have collected your luggage please call for collection by our courtesy shuttle (0800 502 277)
- Please make your way to Door 8 of the Domestic terminal, near Jetstar. You will see a shuttle area.
- Please wait for the yellow Ace Rental Cars Shuttle van and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection
Vehicle Collection at Auckland International Airport
- Once you have collected your luggage please call for collection by our courtesy shuttle (0800 502 277).
- Please make your way to Door 11 of the International terminal, to your left past McDonalds. You will see a shuttle area.
- Please wait for the yellow Ace Rental Cars Shuttle van and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection
Wellington Airport
Ace Rental Cars is an ‘Off-Airport’ company. Our office is located just minutes away from the Wellington Airport terminals. We provide a courtesy shuttle to transfer all our customers to our office where vehicles are collected. Vehicle Collection at Wellington International Airport
Vehicle Collection at Wellington International and Domestic Airport
- Once you have arrived at Wellington Airport, call our Wellington airport office on 0800 502 277 to request a shuttle.
- Please make your way to the ground floor. Exit through the double doors main entrance/exit beside the Subway restaurant. Turn right and Proceed to the end of the Taxi rank and wait by the Pre - Charted Taxi & Shuttle Only signed fenced area. Our Yellow colour Ace shuttle bus will pick you up
- Please wait within the fenced area of pre chartered taxi-shuttle for the yellow Ace Rental Cars Shuttle van which will arrive in the fenced area. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection

NOTE: the Shuttle drive is 30 minutes and you will be transferred to our Wellington Airport Branch
Wellington City
Ace Rental Cars is an ‘Off-Airport’ company. Our office is located just minutes away from the Wellington ferry terminals. We provide a shuttle to transfer all our customers to our office where vehicles are collected.
Vehicle Collection at Wellington City Ferry Terminals
- Once you have arrived at the Ferry terminal and are ready to be collected, call our office on 0800 502 277 to request a shuttle.
- Our Ace shuttle bus will pick you up from the Bluebridge and Interislander terminals near the Taxi stand.
- You will then be taken to collect your car at the Ace city branch, located at 38/44 Hania Street.
NOTE: The Shuttle is not available on Saturday and Sunday and you will need to make your own way to the Ace location.
Picton Ferry Terminal

Pickup: Picton

Collect your vehicle from the Ace office at the Interislander ferry terminal.
Bluebridge: 0800 162 322
Take the free Bluebridge bus around to the Interislander terminal where the Ace Picton office is located.
Drop-off: Picton
Interislander: Park in the designated Ace car parks near the Tourist Information Centre. If full, park in the public parking near the ferry terminal and advise us. Please drop your keys off at the Ace office. If you arrive after hours, deposit the keys only (no paperwork) in the drop box in the door.
Bluebridge: Park in the public car parks at the Bluebridge terminal and leave the car keys at the Bluebridge check in desk.
Greymouth Train Station
Vehicle Rental Collection at Greymouth Train Station
Ace Rental Cars is operated in Greymouth by “Hertz”. Please go to the Hertz Rental Car counter inside the Greymouth Railway Station. If the counter is unattended, there is a counter phone which will connect you to one of our friendly, Greymouth based staff.
- Once you have collected your luggage please go inside the Greymouth Railway Station and head for the Hertz counter.
- If the counter is unattended – outside the times: 12.30pm to 1.30pm lift the counter phone to be connected with the Greymouth based staff who will come to your attendance.
Christchurch Airport
Ace Rental Cars is an ‘Off Airport’ company. Our office is located just minutes away from the Christchurch Airport Terminals. We provide a courtesy shuttle, to transfer all our customers to our office where vehicles are collected and returned

- Please make your way to Door 2, past the Air New Zealand check-in counters (Towards domestic arrivals/departures)
- Please wait outside Door 2 and look out for the yellow Ace shuttle.
Queenstown Airport
Ace Rental Cars is an ‘Off Airport’ company. Our office is located just minutes away from the Queenstown Airport Terminals. We provide a shuttle, to transfer all our customers to our office where vehicles are collected and returned

- Once you have collected your luggage please call 0800 502 277 for collection by our shuttle.
- Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D where you will find the shuttle transfer area.
- Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the yellow Ace Rental Cars Shuttle van and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection

Dunedin Airport
Ace Rental Cars in Dunedin is served at the Hertz location. An Ace Rentals representative will assist you at the Hertz counter on the ground level. Vehicle Collection at Dunedin International Airport. Please make your way to the ground level.
