Full Time Sales Consultant

Part Time Sales Consultant/Customer Service
Ace Rental Cars often has sales consultant positions available around the country.
Ideal candidates will have excellent sales and customer service skills.

* Previous experience in the Rental Car/Tourism Industry

* Previous sales experience
* Full Drivers License

* Have basic computer skills
Hours of work will be Saturday and Sunday. The job will also entail general office duties.
This position will be available immediately. Before this time you will be required to spend time in the office during the week for training purposes.
Part Time Online Sales Representative
The Role
As an Online Sales Representative you will be on the front line of communication with our customers & affiliated partners, assisting them with use of our website. You will also work with our Implementation and Technical Teams as you help our customers & partners troubleshoot potential issues.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing first-class levels of customer service
- Embrace a consultative selling approach
- Managing the online sales support queue for questions and reservations/bookings.
- Working with Sales (both offline and online), Implementation, and Technology Teams to assist customers & partners with their needs.
Requirements:
- Hours required are between 8am - 11pm Saturday and Sunday.
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for e-commerce
- Patience in working with customers, affiliate partners and new team members who may have limited technical knowledge
- Pleasant demeanor
- Basic computer skills such as ability to surf the Internet and use of Microsoft Office products
- Minimum of 1 year Customer Service Experience
