STANDARD COVER

All of our cars have full, standard insurance cover included in the daily rate. The excess on the insurance is NZ$1000.00 for drivers aged 21 years and over.

A single vehicle accident or vehicle theft carries an excess of NZ$2500.00.

As of 1 November 2008 we will authorise $1000 on the credit card provided. If a you opt for CDW insurance, no money will be authorised.

You can reduce the excess by paying a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) as follows: (These options are not available for drivers 18 - 20 years of age). Should you opt for the CDW insurance, we will also waive the NZ$1 per day per additional driver charge.

SILVER COVER

For drivers aged 21 and over the excess can be lowered down to $100 including taxes.

Under the Silver Cover the excess on single vehicle accidents and vehicle theft remains at $2,500.

GOLD COVER

For drivers aged 21 and over the excess can be lowered down to $100 including taxes, which includes vehicle theft, single vehicle accidents, tyre and windscreen damage.

PLATINUM COVER

For drivers aged 21 and over the excess can be lowered down to $100 including taxes, which includes vehicle theft, single vehicle accidents, tyre and windscreen damage.

For drivers and occupants of the vehicle, aged 15 to 70, Personal Accident insurance is included. For drivers and occupants of the vehicle Personal Baggage insurance is included.

Personal Baggage and Personal Accident Insurances are subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions (for example, age limitations) contained in the Personal Baggage and Personal Accident Insurance Policies.
