Returning Your Rental VehicleRemember to re-fuel to agreed level when returning your vehicle. Shuttle service to domestic and international terminals from 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. DEPARTING FLIGHTS Allow an additional 30 minutes prior to flight check-in time for vehicle return & transfer to terminal.
After Hours ReturnsIf returning your vehicle outside of business hours simply park outside our office, lock the car and place keys in drop box on the far left side of the front entrance in the corner. Please note that our courtesy shuttles are not available outside of business hours and you will need to make your own way from the branch. IMPORTANT Leaving the car in the Airport Carpark will cost $60 in addition to all hourly parking charges incurred.
Are You Late For Your Pick-up?Running late? Call us at 0800 502 277 (+64 3 360 3270) and we do our best to accommodate. Arrived at a closed branch? If you haven't made prior arrangements for an after-hours collection you will need to pick-up tomorrow. Please contact our office tomorrow between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to arrange an alternative pick-up time.
