The winner ("Winner") of the Ace Rental Cars competition ("Competition") will win the following: either a Sony Bloggie Touch MHS-TS20K Camcorder OR Ultimate Ears 700 Earphones OR Apple iPod Touch G4 8GB OR Sony PSP 3000 OR Sony MHC-EC709iP Mini System OR GHD Hair Straighteners OR NZD$300 of AA Reward Vouchers OR NZD$300 of tree planting OR NZD$300 donation to WSPA AND a 1 in 10 chance to win an Apple iPad 2 ("Prize").
2. Every confirmed booking made during the month of May 2013, automatically gives the customer one entry in the prize draw. There is no limit on the number of entries per customer.
3. The Prize options are all subject to availability.
4. The Winner will be selected by a random draw. The selection of the Winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The closing date for entries is 12.00am 31 May 2013. The prize Winner will be drawn from the Ace Rental Cars customer database (RCM).
6. The prize winner must have complied with the terms and conditions of Ace Rental Cars.
7. Neither Ace Rental Cars nor any other person or party associated with the Competition shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect and/or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize or any part of it.
8. The Winner will have their Prize or the relevant documentation, delivered to the email address listed at the time of booking. The Winner should allow up to 14 days for delivery of their Prize or the relevant documentation. Ace Rental Cars is not responsible for the safe delivery of the Prize or the relevant documentation, although all care will be taken.
9. The Prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. All components of the Prize must be taken together.
10. The Winner will have their first and last name and town or city of residence displayed on the Ace Rental Cars web site. No other information will be made publicly available. If the winner does not want these details to be displayed then they agree to forgo the prize at which time the prize will be redrawn.
11. Ace Rental Cars reserves the right to replace the prize with a different prize of similar value if the advertised prize is no longer available at the time of the prize draw.
12. The prize offer is neither available to employees of Ace Rental cars nor to the relatives of any such employee.
