ACE - Unquestionably the BEST Customer Service I have experienced anywhere, ever! Both on arrival and drop off. Staff were 100% helpful, pleasant, friendly and knowledgable. Have rented cars in AKL the past 2 years (thru other rental car co`s) and their service and bkg-records were a nightmare. We vist NZ at least once a year and will ONLY book with Ace from here on. Honestly, the service was 2nd to none, not only in comparison with rental co`s but as compared with ANY and every other service I have experienced (eg: shops, banks,cruise & airlines ... the lot) CONGRATULATIONS !I am sorry you got to me (with this Questionnaire) BEFORE I emailed you with thanks - which I`ve intended to do ever since we returned to Sydney.
