My wife and I visited New Zealand recently for the World Netball Championships in which a friend of my daughter was a member of the Australian team. We spent eight days in the South Island prior to the championships and hired a rental car from you from the 3/11/07 to 8/11/07. The car was reliable, fuel efficient, clean and comfortable. We were collected at Greymouth station and taken to your agency where we were dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner. At the end of our trip at Christchurch we were charged exactly what we were quoted via the internet before we left Australia, an experience that we did not have with another company that our friends used in the North Island the following week. Your service and the car contributed significantly to a wonderful holiday in which we experienced magnificent scenery and met very friendly people. We will return to New Zealand one day and will look no further than your company when hiring another car.

Was in NZ for a month and a half. used there cars twice and the service given was just excellent. the condition of the cars were way to impressive. if it hadnt been cause of them my trip to the north peak wouldn`t have been fun, also in wellington the car was in it best condition. I was wondering if it was possible to purchase posters of your advertising signs? I was after the Whakamaru, Whakatane etc so you can visit any whaka. My hubby is a Whakatane boy now living in Australia with me and he has a birthday coming up - that poster would be IDEAL for his bar! I am a young Maori women and understand the light hearted humour in this and am constantly disappointed in Maori hot shots speaking on every Maori persons behalf claiming offensive. It is ridiculous that some Maori can`t laugh at themselves and take every oppourtunity to draw the "victim" card. It is unfortunate that your company has pulled the billboard as you`ll never please everyone, but at least you`ll get noticed!! And that`s the point of advertising! I do not think your add was in any way offensive, the complaint in my opinion has been generated by the small minded minority who want to make a public statement, the add does not offend me so why does it trouble these small minded people, just ignore them and do not appoligise. what a pity so many people take themselves faaaar too seriously. Only when the English arrived did they adopt the alwhabet as their own. It was originally a mistake that they used `wh` instead of `f`. Whricken idiots.. Car performed well and we had asolutely no issues at all. The vehicle ran perfectly and the service was excellent. . . . .
